User guide

To use this site to purchase products and check sales prices, you will need to register as an APPM member.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you register as a member.




How to order

STEP 1: Register as a new member
If you are a first-time user, please register as a new member (free of charge).
Once your registration has been verified, we will send you a confirmation email to inform you that your membership has been completed.
(Please wait a while until you receive the email confirming your membership registration.)

STEP 2: Log in to the site
Please log in to the site using your registered email address and password.
Once you have logged in, the wholesale price of the products will be displayed and you can order the products from your shopping cart.

STEP 3: Select the product and add it to your shopping cart
Add the items you want to your cart and enter the quantity you want.
*Some products may come with multiple set contents.
The quantity and unit price vary depending on the set, so please check the price carefully.

STEP 4: Confirm payment method and shipping address, then place your order
Once you have added all the items you want to your cart, proceed to the order page.
Please select your payment method and confirm your shipping information, then confirm and submit your order.

STEP 5: Order Complete
After we have confirmed your order, we will check the stock availability and inform you of the order details.
*Since products are also sold outside the site, discrepancies may occur.
In that case, we will contact you again, so please be aware of this.




Notes on products

About product images
The colours shown on the screen may differ from the actual colours, and we are unable to convey the texture or feel of the item.
If you are choosing for the first time, you will need to purchase a sample or sample book,
We recommend that you check the color, texture, and feel.

About the M of the Counterpart and Scroll
Some products, such as bolts of cloth or rolls, have random meters and the number of meters may vary.
Please note that we will contact you again and payment will be based on the confirmed number of meters.

About cutting fabric, lining, interlining, etc.
Please be aware that if the product is cut to a length of 5m or more and shipped, it may be cut in half.
* In the case of 10m, it is divided into 6m and 4m, etc.




Payment Method
Credit card and deferred payment are available.
For existing customers, payment will be made as usual.
*Cash on delivery payments ended on December 23, 2022.

Credit card payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and Diners Club.
The credit limit is the amount set by the credit company you use.
The deduction will be made on the payment date determined by your credit card company.

Installment payment
You can use Money Forward payment.
The invoice issuer and payment account name for deferred payment transactions will be Money Forward Kessai, Inc.
Deferred payment by invoice (Money Forward Kessai)
Deferred payment method <br data-mce-fragment="1">Payment method: You can choose "Bank transfer" or "Direct debit".
Payment account: Please make payment to the specified account on the invoice. (The account will be in the name of Money Forward Kessai Co., Ltd.)
Bank transfer fees: Please bear these yourself.
Payment due date: In principle, the end of the month following the transaction.




About consumption tax

The prices displayed on this website do not include consumption tax.




About receipts

When using credit card payment
The statement of charges issued by your credit card company will serve as a receipt.
Since billing to customers is handled by a credit card company, we are unable to issue receipts.
You can issue a delivery note on your My Page.
The delivery note will also serve as a receipt recognized by the tax office, so please use it.

When using installment payment
The payment receipt on the invoice (payment slip) can be used as an official receipt.
If you pay by bank transfer, the transfer slip will serve as your receipt.




Regarding delivery
We will use a carrier designated by our company (usually Sagawa Express).
Some products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

postage
Nationwide flat rate of 1,000 yen for orders over 30,000 yen (tax included) Free shipping. Due to traffic conditions or bad weather during delivery, we may not be able to deliver on the specified date and time.
Additional shipping charges apply for Okinawa and remote islands.
For some back-ordered items, additional shipping charges may apply.

About delivery address
We will deliver to the address you specify when placing your order.
You can register and select your shipping address.

About the delivery date
Products in our inventory (products labeled as Kiyohara Original) will be shipped within 3 business days.
For back-ordered items, we will ship within 5 business days.
*If the item is out of stock or if the delivery date will be delayed due to secondary processing such as dyeing, we will contact you by email.

Points to note when purchasing multiple items or reordering on the same day
Please note that if there are some out-of-stock items or items that need to be ordered, the order will be shipped once all items are in stock.
In principle, reorders made on the same day will be treated as separate orders.




Returns Policy

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

If you wish to return or exchange a product due to a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will cover the shipping costs.

About product prices <br/>The prices displayed on this website do not include consumption tax.
* Consumption tax will be added to your order at the checkout stage after you add the item to your cart.

About product images <br/>The actual colors may differ depending on the environment in which you are viewing the product, such as your computer or smartphone.
Since photos may be taken using sample products, the colors and specifications may differ slightly from the actual product.
For products you are choosing for the first time, we recommend that you purchase a sample book or product (for a fee) so that you can check the color, texture, and feel before making a purchase.

Product sales price <br/>The product sales price will be the price at the time your order is confirmed.
Please note that product sales prices may change without notice.

Regarding random M for rolls and scrolls : Some rolls and scrolls are random M products, and the quantity may vary. When purchasing random M products, please note that payment will be made for the confirmed quantity that we will contact you about.

About cutting fabric, lining, interlining, etc.
Please note that for cut products of 5 meters or more, there may be some cuts (cutting the product halfway through the ordered quantity).
Example: If it is 10M, it will be divided into 6M and 4M.

About the shopping cart

Cart expiration date
The cart is valid for 14 days.
Please note that if you do not complete the order within 14 days, the item will be automatically removed from your shopping cart. We recommend that you add the item to your wishlist if you do not plan to order it again soon.

About the rules for using the cart <br/>Please note that the product is not reserved at the stage of adding it to the cart.

* Regarding changes to sales status such as price and quantity <br/>Sales status such as price and stock quantity may change at the time of ordering.
For example, if another customer purchases the same item at the time you proceed to the order screen and the stock quantity changes, you may not be able to purchase the quantity you want. If the item shows as "sold out" on the order screen, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please remove the item from your "shopping cart."

Cancellation, exchange and return of ordered items

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns for reasons of the customer after an order has been placed. Please make sure to check the product name, product number, color, size, quantity, etc. carefully before placing your order.
If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will promptly process the return or exchange. Please see below for details.

Cancellation or change of order <br/>You can cancel or change your order if it is at a stage before we prepare the product. The preparation status varies depending on the product, so if you wish to cancel or change your order, please reply to the order confirmation email or contact us via our inquiry desk.
However, if you contact us after 3pm on the same day regarding an order that was placed before 3pm, we will generally be unable to accept your request.
In addition, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders for products that have been shipped from the warehouse.

Regarding product exchanges <br/>If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will promptly replace it.

However, we cannot accept exchanges in the following cases:

(1) Products returned without prior notice (2) Products purchased from other websites (3) Products for which more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived without prior notice (4) Products that have been opened or used once (5) Products that have been repaired, modified, stained, damaged, etc. by the customer (6) Products that have been specially ordered (products that have been modified just for the customer, such as with a logo) (7) Products with missing accessories (8) Products that are returned due to customer convenience (such as ordering the wrong color or size)


<How to exchange>
Please contact us via the inquiry form or by phone within 7 days after receiving the product.
Once you contact us, our customer center will contact you with instructions on how to return the item, so please wait until then before returning the item.
We will cover the shipping costs, so please return the item by cash on delivery.
Once the item arrives at the destination, we will check the condition of the item, process the exchange, and contact you regarding the shipment of the new item.

<Caution>
*If you wish to exchange an item that is not in stock on our website, it may take some time to deliver the item. If an exchange is not possible for some reason, we will refund the purchase price.
*Please note that it may take some time to respond if your inquiry is made on a weekend, national holiday, during summer vacation, or during the New Year holidays.

Regarding returns of ordered items <br/>If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will process the return promptly.

However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

(1) Sale items excluding defective items (2) Items returned without prior notice (3) Items purchased from other websites (4) Items that have been delivered more than 8 days ago without prior notice (5) Items that have been opened or used once (6) Items that have been repaired, altered, stained, damaged, etc. by the customer (7) Items ordered specially (items with logos, etc. altered just for the customer) (8) Items with missing accessories (9) Items returned due to customer's personal reasons (ordering the wrong color or size, etc.)

*We do not generally accept returns due to customer convenience, but in the unlikely event that we do accept a return due to special circumstances, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and all fees. Please note this in advance.

<Return Method>
Please contact us via the inquiry form or by phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
Once you contact us, our customer center will contact you with instructions on how to return the item, so please wait until then before returning the item.
Once the item has arrived at the destination, we will check the status of the item and contact you regarding the refund process.

Regarding refunds <br/>Refund methods vary depending on the payment method.

■ Credit card refunds <br/>The amount will be settled by the card company. If the original charge has already been confirmed based on the closing date of your credit card at the time of the refund process, the amount will be debited once and then offset or refunded against the amount used in the following month. Refund methods vary depending on the card company. Please check the amount on the statement issued by your credit card company.

Regarding shipping costs for returns and exchanges <br/>We take every precaution to ensure quality, but in the unlikely event that a return or exchange is made for reasons on our part, such as the product being "different from the product ordered" or "the product has scratches or stains," we will cover the shipping costs.
If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees and other handling charges.
If you choose to return the product cash on delivery, we will refund you the amount after deducting the shipping fee.

Note: If the product price is free and exceeds the free shipping amount, and if the returned item falls below the free shipping amount, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you are not at home when the product is delivered : If you are not at home, the delivery company will leave a "delivery notice", so please contact us with your desired delivery date and time and then collect the product.

If you are unable to receive the product after it has been shipped and the carrier contacts us about this, or if the product is returned to us, we will contact you. If we do not receive a reply within one week of contacting you, we will cancel the order.

*If you would like to have your order redelivered, please place your order again yourself.
*Please note that in such cases, you may not be able to purchase the product due to it being sold out or the sales period having ended.
*If we receive a large number of returns due to long-term absences, we may ask you to refrain from using this site.

Regarding delivery

All ordered items will be delivered by Sagawa Express.
You will be notified by email regarding the shipment of your ordered items.
To check the status of your order after it has been shipped, please contact Sagawa Express directly using the shipping number provided in the "Shipping Notification" email.

Regarding scheduled delivery date and time specification
We only accept date specifications, and as a general rule, we do not accept time zone specifications.
Please see below for details.

■Shipping status <br/>You can check the shipping status of your product through Sagawa Express's " Parcel Inquiry Service ."
When checking, please have ready the "Package Inquiry Number" listed in the "Product Shipping Notification" email we will send you after the product has been shipped.

■Shipping destination <br/>Shipping destination is limited to within Japan only.
We do not accept shipments to delivery offices of delivery companies other than Sagawa Express.
Please note that we do not accept orders from overseas or deliveries to overseas destinations.

■About delivery date <br/>Basically, products in our stock (products marked as original) will be shipped within 3 business days. Products on backorder will be shipped within 5 business days.
*If the delivery date is delayed due to stock shortage, etc., we will contact you in advance by email.
*Secondary processed products have a separate processing lead time from the actual product, so we will contact you as soon as we know the shipping schedule.

■Points to note when purchasing multiple items or reordering on the same day <br/>If there are out-of-stock items or items on backorder, please note that unless otherwise specified by the customer, the items will be shipped once all items are ready. If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you by email in advance, so if you would like the items that are ready to be shipped first, please reply to the delivery date contact email.
In principle, reorders placed on the same day will be treated as separate orders.

Shipping and handling fees

Nationwide flat rate: 1,000 yen (excluding tax)
If the total amount of your order exceeds 30,000 yen (excluding tax), we will ship your order free of charge, with some exceptions.
*Additional shipping and relay fees will apply for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.
*Additional shipping charges may apply for some ordered products.
*If you place multiple orders or place multiple orders on the same day, they will be treated as separate orders even if the delivery address is the same, and shipping fees will be charged for each order unless you specify otherwise. Even if you specify a shipping address, we may not be able to meet your request depending on the size of the package and the timing of the arrangement.

■Payment by credit card

Please make payment in accordance with the terms and conditions of your designated card company.

<Number of times used>
Payment method is limited to one-time payment only.

*If an error occurs with the credit card payment, we will stop shipping and contact you by email or phone.
In that case, we may not be able to meet your desired delivery date and time.
*The withdrawal date will be the settlement date of your credit card company.
*For inquiries regarding withdrawals, please contact your credit card company directly. We are unable to investigate the matter.

<About identity verification when making credit card payments>
・In order to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards, we may contact you to verify your identity after your order has been confirmed.
・Please note that it may take some time for your item to arrive, as it will be shipped after your order and payment has been confirmed.

<Preventing fraudulent use of credit cards>
Please note that we may take the following measures to prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

・To prevent fraudulent use by third parties, we check the fraud prevention system and verify the card through the card company.
・We will ship the item as soon as we have confirmed it, but there may be cases where we temporarily put the delivery on hold.
- Confirmation is usually completed on the same day, but it may take approximately 2 to 10 days.
- The subscriber information registered on your credit card will be used only for the purpose of preventing fraudulent use and will not be used for any other purpose.
・Depending on the results of the verification, we may ask you to change to another payment method (deferred payment).

Payment by NP installment payment

NP deferred payment is a deferred payment service for corporations and individual business owners. ( In principle, bills are paid at the end of the month and invoices are paid at the end of the following month.)
Invoices will be issued by Net Protections, Inc. on the fourth business day of the month following the month of purchase.
For orders on deferred payment, the NP deferred payment service provided by the company will be applied, and the payment claim for the ordered items will be transferred to you at the same time as placing your order.
When using this service, please agree to the " NP Deferred Payment Terms of Use and the company's Privacy Policy " and then select NP Deferred Payment.
Credit limits are set individually on a monthly basis.
Payment methods include bank transfer, convenience store payment, or direct debit.
If you choose bank transfer or convenience store payment, please pay using the bank account listed on the invoice or a convenience store payment slip.
*If paying by bank transfer, please note that the bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
*If you would like to pay by direct debit, please contact us via our inquiries desk .
*It will take approximately two months from the time your application is received until the direct debit option is applied.

Payment process

<Purchase steps>
When making a purchase, you will be asked to choose one of two payment methods (credit card or deferred payment).

If you are registering a card for the first time, please enter the required information (card number, cardholder name, etc.). (This will be omitted from the second time onwards.)
*If the shipping address and billing address (orderer) are the same, checking " Use shipping address information as billing address " will make the address on the invoice and delivery note the shipping address.

STEP 3

You will automatically receive an email confirming your order.
Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

For details on how to use deferred payments, payment methods, issuing invoices, etc., please see "Payment Methods" in the User Guide.
*A credit check will be conducted by the payment agent each time you use a deferred payment plan. (Usually, the check does not take long.)

STEP 1 : Check "NP deferred payment" → Click "Pay now"

STEP 2 : Select the "Company Registration" or "New Purchaser" tab.
When you click "Pay Now", you will be redirected to the payment processor's website.
The tab you select first will differ depending on whether it is your first time using the service or your second or subsequent time.

・First time users → " New purchasers " on the right
・If it is your second time or later, click on " For those who have registered their company " on the left

STEP 3 : (First time users)
You will need to register for the first time to make a purchase.

*If one organization has multiple member accounts <br>If you want to consolidate invoices into one, please do not register each person individually, but only register one representative. After registration, all other persons other than the representative should log in using the email address and password of the representative account from "STEP 3: (For second or subsequent times)".

  1. Please fill in the required information in the "New Purchaser" tab.
    (Your registration information will be pre-filled)
  2. Please make sure to check "Register your company".
    *Please note that if you do not check this box, invoices will be issued separately.
  3. After setting your password, click "Purchase."
    You will be returned to the APPM website and a message "Thank you for your purchase" will be displayed.



STEP 3: (For second or subsequent visits)

  1. (If your login information is saved in your browser, you will not need to enter it the next time.)
    *If your organization has multiple membership accounts, please enter the email address and password of the representative account.
  2. You will be returned to the APPM website and a message "Thank you for your purchase" will be displayed.

STEP 4 : You will automatically receive an order confirmation email and a payment receipt email.
  1. Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  2. Your order will be completed when you receive an order confirmation email followed by an email confirming your payment.

Cancellation, exchange and return policy

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns for reasons of customer convenience after an order has been placed. Please make sure to check the product name, product number, color, size, quantity, etc. carefully before placing your order.

掛け払いについて

掛け払いとは

商品のご購入時に都度代金をお支払いいただくのではなく、一定期間にご購入された代金を後日まとめてお支払いいただく方法になります。当サイトでは、月末締め翌月末お支払い(基本)のキャッシュフローにて「NP掛け払い」をご用意しております。

 

ご利用方法について

ご購入時、決済方法は「NP掛け払い」をご選択ください。
ご購入手続きを進めると、NP掛け払いのページへ移動します。
以下のご利用状況に合わせた該当タブから決済を完了させてください。
・初回ご利用の場合→右側の「新規で購入される方」タブより初回登録と企業登録をしてください。
・2回目以降の場合→左側の「企業登録をされた方」タブよりご登録済のメールアドレスとパスワードを入力してください。
 ※詳細はご利用ガイド「お支払いについて」内の「お支払い手順」をご確認ください。

 

企業登録について

企業登録とは、APPMでのお取引内容と請求先のお客様を紐づける重要な登録手順になります。
・NP掛け払いの初回登録時に、「企業登録をする」のチェックボックスに、必ずチェックを入れて登録してください。
 1つのご登録アカウントに対して、1つの請求書が発行されます。
・請求書を会社単位でまとめたい場合は、個々でアカウントを登録せず、代表の方1名の登録アカウントでご利用ください。

 

請求書について

請求書は、株式会社ネットプロテクションズよりご購入月の翌月第4営業日にメールで送付されます。
お支払い方法は、銀行振込・コンビニ払いまたは、口座振替から選択いただけます。
銀行振込・コンビニ払いを選択の場合は、請求書に記載されている銀行口座または、コンビニの払込票でお支払いください。
※銀行振込の場合、振込手数料はお客様にてご負担をお願いいたします。

 

与信枠について

与信枠は、初期設定では最大30万円/月となっており、お客様毎に個別に設定させていただきます。
掛け払いの初回登録時に決済代行業者からご利用審査が入ったのち、お客様毎に月毎の与信枠が設定されます。
2回目以降はご利用都度、簡易的な審査が入り、お取引状況に問題がなければ当日中に与信枠内からお支払いされます。
※2回目以降でも、未入金のお取引がある場合はご利用が出来なくなりますのでご注意ください。

 

こんなときどうする?

・審査でNGが出た場合
初回登録時にNGが出た場合は、決済代行業者の独自基準による判断のため、クレジットカードへのお振替をお願いしております。
APPMより決済再試行ご依頼のメールが届きます。
メール内リンクよりクレジットカードを選択の上、再試行をお願いいたします。
2回目以降でNGが出た場合は、未入金のお取引がある可能性がございます。
その場合は未入金分のご入金後、APPMまでご連絡お願いいたします。未入金解消が確認でき次第、お取引が再開されます。

掛け払いご利用のお客様には不測の事態に備え、予めクレジットカードをご用意されることをお勧めいたします。
※決済の確認が取れるまで商品の手配を進行できません。
※掛け払いでエラーとなった場合、再度掛け払いで試行すると請求が重複する場合がございますのでご注意ください。
 
・与信枠を増やしたい場合
増額を希望される場合は、「お問い合わせ」よりご連絡ください。
申請いただいてから与信枠引き上げまでにお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。
ご状況によってはご希望に添えない場合もございますので、予めご了承ください。

・請求書のメールにCCを追加したい場合
請求書は、株式会社ネットプロテクションズよりご購入月の翌月第4営業日にメールで送付されます。
メールのCCに経理ご担当者様等を追加したい場合は、複数追加することが可能ですので「お問い合わせ」よりご連絡ください。

・請求書に内容明細が印字されない場合
請求書には、通常ご注文内容の詳細(商品名等)が印字されます。
初期のご注文内容から変更が生じた場合、詳細は印字されずにご注文番号のみ印字されます。
ご変更後の詳細内容は、「注文履歴」内の納品書からいつでも確認できます。

・口座振替をご希望の場合
ご希望される場合は、「お問い合わせ」よりお早めにご連絡ください。
口座振替が適用されるまで、お申込み受付から約2ヶ月程お時間が掛かります。

・請求書の内容を修正したい時
万が一、ご請求内容に不備があった場合には、お振込をする前に「お問い合わせ」より詳細をご連絡ください。
1.ご利用の翌月10日以内にご連絡をいただいた場合は、ご連絡の当月に修正した請求書を再発行させていただきます。
2.ご利用の翌月10日以降にご連絡をいただいた場合は、ご連絡の翌月に修正した請求書を再発行させていただきます。

・請求書が複数に分かれてしまったら
初回登録時に企業登録をせず、複数のアカウントでご利用された場合、請求書(兼請求先口座)が複数に分かれて発行されます。
後から請求先口座を一つにまとめたい場合は、ご購入企業様向け「NP掛け払い会員」へご登録いただき、アカウントと企業の紐づけを行ってください。
※紐づけを行った場合、請求先口座は一つになりますが一度発行された請求先を一つに発行し直すことは出来ませんのでご注意ください。


ご購入企業様向け「NP掛け払い会員」について

ご購入時に登録いただく請求用アカウントとは別に、ご購入企業様向け「NP掛け払い会員」がございます。
NP掛け払い会員になると、マイページから以下の事が出来るようになります。
 1.請求・支払い履歴が参照できる
 2.請求書を手軽にダウンロードできる
 3.複数請求をまとめて支払える
 4.すべての請求を口座振替にできる

NP掛け払い会員になるには、こちらのリンクより会員登録をお願いいたします。
(請求用アカウントとは別でご登録が必要です。)

Regarding price adjustments for Random M products

For some bolts of fabric and processed products, the quantity will be determined after your order is placed, so we will contact you later to inform you of the adjusted amount.

<Confirming the quantity greater than the amount ordered>
You will receive an email informing you of the renewal details and requesting payment of the difference in price.
We cannot ship your order until you pay the difference.
Please complete the payment of the difference as soon as possible by clicking "Pay Now" in the email you received.



<Determining a quantity less than what was ordered>
You will receive an email with details of the update and a refund for the difference in price.
Refunds are processed automatically, so there is no action required from you.
Please check that the required quantity is sufficient.

Issuing receipts

Since billing to customers is handled by a payment agent, we are unable to issue receipts.
How receipts are handled varies depending on the payment method.

<When paying by credit card>
The statement issued by your credit card company will serve as a receipt.

<When using deferred payment>
The payment receipt for the invoice (payment handling slip) issued by the payment agent can be used as an official receipt.
If you pay by bank transfer, the transfer slip will serve as your receipt.

Issuing a delivery note

You can issue a delivery note on your My Page on the APPM website.
Please use this to check the amount of each order.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy
If a refund is issued due to a return, etc., the refund method will vary depending on the payment method.

■ Credit card refunds
The card company will settle the amount. There is no need for you to contact the card company as we will contact them from our website. ◾️Those who can register
APPM is a BtoB mail order site for corporations.
If you are a corporation, both a newly established company and a sole proprietor, you can register.
*However, we may refuse registration to customers who fall under any of the following categories.

  1. Individual customers (other than corporations or sole proprietors)
  2. Supplier
  3. Other companies in the same industry
  4. If false information is found in the application
◾️Customers who already do business with us
Customers who already have business with us can also apply for membership.
APPM will contact you regarding your registration after internal confirmation.
Please note that there are some differences from existing transactions, such as payment methods, which will be explained separately at the time of application.

How to register

Before applying for membership registration, please be sure to read and agree to the " Terms of Use " and " Privacy Policy ."

■Membership registration process
Fill in the membership registration form → Apply for registration → Approval by APPM → Set password → Complete

① Enter your information in the membership registration form
Membership registration page → Please enter your company information, address information, and personal information on this page.
*This service is not available to non-corporations (sole proprietors can use it).

②Enter information in the form and apply for registration
Once you have entered the required information, please press the "Submit Registration" button.
*An "Request acceptance completion" email will be automatically sent to the registered email address.
*Normally, registration will be completed and you will be able to place an order within 2 to 3 business days from the day of your application.

③ APPM approval process
We will check the details of your application.

Set your password from the email you received
Once the review is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
(If your application is not approved, you will be notified by email.)

  1. Click the "Activate Account" button in the email you received. *Activation is valid for 3 days.
  2. Set your password on the moved APPM site
  3. "Activate your account" Click the button

⑤Complete
Once your membership registration is complete, you will be able to place an order.

About My Page

After logging in, you can edit your account information, add and edit shipping addresses, and check your order history and shipping status from " My Page " in the top right corner of the screen.

1. Editing your account information
・You can edit your registration information, email address, and password.
(Only one email address can be registered per account.)
You can subscribe/unsubscribe to email newsletters.

2. Adding and editing shipping addresses
・You can add a new shipping address or edit the shipping address you have registered.

3. Order history and shipping status
You can check the shipping and payment status of your ordered items.
・You can check the details of your past orders , narrow down your search by keyword, and reorder.
*It may take some time for the shipping status to be reflected after shipping is complete.

1. Edit your account information

You can edit your registration information such as your email address, and subscribe/unsubscribe to email newsletters.

After logging in, click "Edit Account Information" from " My Page " in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 2
The form you used when registering as a member will be displayed, so re-enter any data you wish to correct in each field.
* It consists of the following three sections.
・Company information ・Address information ・Personal information

Step 3
Click the "Update" button to finish.


*If there are any items that you cannot edit, please contact us via the " Contact Us " page.
*You can set up email newsletters by checking and unchecking " " just above the "Update" button.

2. Adding and editing shipping addresses

After logging in, click "Edit Shipping Address" from " My Page " in the upper right corner of the screen to add a new shipping address or edit a registered shipping address.
*The number next to "Edit shipping address" is the current number of registrations, including the basic shipping address.

Click "Edit Shipping Address" to display a list of addresses.


1. About "Basic shipping address"
*This refers to the first shipping address displayed when placing an order.
*By default, the address in your account information is set as the default shipping address.
*When editing a shipping address, checking "Set as primary shipping address" or using a new shipping address when placing an order, the most recently used shipping address will be updated as the "primary shipping address."

Click the "Add new shipping address" button at the top of the shipping address list.
Expand the entry field.

3. If you want to edit shipping information that has already been registered

If you want this shipping address to be displayed first the next time you place an order, check "Set as primary shipping address."

Click "Update address" to finish.

3. Check the order status and reorder from your order history

You can check the shipping status and payment status of your ordered items from your order history. You can also check the details of your past orders, narrow down your search by keyword, and reorder. *It may take some time for the shipping status to be reflected after shipping is complete.

Once you have placed an order, a summary of each order will be displayed under "Order History" on your My Page.
If you enter a specific product name or keyword in the search box, the results will be filtered to show only those orders that match your search criteria.

Under "Order History"
Order number / date / details / payment status / shipping status / status / total are displayed for each order.

・Order No. →Click to view the details of your order.
・Payment Status → The current payment status will be displayed.
・Shipping status → The current shipping status will be displayed.

3. What you can do from your order history
In "Order History", click on the relevant order number to display the details of your order, and three types of buttons will appear.

“View invoice” → You can print a delivery note for your order.
“Cancel/Edit” → You can edit or cancel your order.
*However, once we have made the arrangements, we cannot cancel or edit them. Please contact us via the channel talk or the inquiry page.

"Reorder" → You will be taken to the cart page with the same product details as the relevant order added to your cart.

 

4. Reorder using your order history
Click on any order number in "Order History" to display the details, and the "Reorder" button will appear.

Step 1 (Copy of your order)
When you click the "Reorder" button, you will be taken to the cart page with the same product details as the selected order history added to your cart.

Step 2 (Change quantity)
If the product number remains the same, you can change the quantity on the cart page.

Step 3 (Delete product)

If you wish to delete a product due to a change in product number etc., you can delete the desired product by clicking the trash can icon on the far right of the product list on the cart page.

Step 4 (Add product)
You can add items by leaving the cart page and adding the items you want to add to your cart.
*If you would like to select different sizes or colors of the same product, please go to the product page via the product link on the cart page.

Step 5 (Reorder)
Click "Proceed to checkout" from the cart page and complete the payment in the same way as you would for a regular product.
*Please write down the product number etc. when ordering as it will be convenient for you to search next time.

When you lose your password

If you have lost your password, please click on the "Login" icon in the top right of the screen and click on the " Forgot your password? " link to reset your password.
We will send a password reset email to the email address you registered. If you have forgotten your email address, please contact our customer center.

About the email newsletter

If you would like to change your newsletter reception settings, after logging in, you can change the settings on the customer registration screen by clicking "Edit Account Information" on your My Page.
You can set up email newsletters by checking and unchecking "Subscribe to email newsletter" above the "Update" button.

About the Business Portal

What is a business portal?

"Business Portal" that allows you to connect with colleagues and share information

We have prepared a "Business Portal" that allows registered members to share information with multiple people on a company or project basis, consider and discuss products, and smoothly carry out the entire process online, from purchaser to placing an order.



What you can do with the Business Portal
  • Members can create teams (consisting of one manager and multiple members) with each other.
  • You can add members and manage their permissions.
  • You can share the items you have added to your cart with your team as a "group order list."
  • The manager can make payments on behalf of the group through the "Group Order List".
  • Past order data in the business portal can be reused when placing repeat orders.
  • You can register a selection of your past order data as a favorite order list.
  • You can use "Quick Order" to add multiple items to your cart at once.
  • You can request a quote and check your past quote history.


How to access the Business Portal

After logging in, you can access the menu within the business portal by clicking the building icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
*To use all portal menus, you will need to apply for the Business Portal in addition to registering as an APPM member.
The procedure is simple, so please check out "How to start using" in the next menu.

To use the Business Portal

To start using the Business Portal, a person with decision-making authority must first apply for use as a manager .
After that, the manager will create a team by inviting the members themselves.
This menu introduces the first step for managers to start using the service.

About applying for manager privileges
There are two ways to apply for manager privileges: when you apply for membership and after you register.

<1. When applying for membership registration>
You can apply to use the Business Portal at the same time as you apply to register as an APPM member.
*The person with decision-making authority should apply as the manager.
*If you plan to use the service with member privileges, please wait for an invitation from your manager.
STEP1

Click the "Register" icon in the upper right corner of the screen to display the membership registration application form.
STEP2
Please check the box next to "Become a Business Portal Manager (Administrator)" located at the bottom of the application form, above the "Apply for Registration" button.
STEP3
Please complete the required information and submit your registration application.



<2. After registering as a member >
If you are already a registered member of APPM, you can apply for use from the business portal page after logging in.
*The person with decision-making authority should apply as the manager.
*If you plan to use the service with member privileges, please wait for an invitation from your manager.
STEP1
After logging in, click on the building icon in the top right corner of the screen.

STEP2
The portal home screen "Welcome to the Business Portal" will be displayed.
Click "Company Information" from the left portal menu.

STEP3
The data you entered when you registered will be displayed, so please check it and then press the "Confirm" button.
STEP4
After pressing the confirmation button, click on "Request to create a business account" that appears.

STEP5

The "Manager's Email Address" field contains the email address of the person who requested the account creation.
Please also enter your company name, company email address, and company address and submit your request.

*For "Company Email Address", if you have one, please enter the shared email address. If you don't have one, please enter the same email address as "Manager's Email Address".

This completes the application for manager use.
Regardless of whether you have taken the steps at the time of applying for membership or after registering as a member,
APPM will send you an approval email within 1-2 business days, so please wait a while for us to respond.


*Notes when applying for use
- A manager is the administrator of the team, and only one manager can be set per team .
Each member
may only have one business account. (It cannot be shared with other teams.)
- Team members other than the manager must be invited by the manager to use the business portal.
There is no limit to the number of team members.

Adding members and managing permissions

This menu explains how managers can add members and set their permissions.
*To add members, a person with manager privileges must first create a business account.
*For information on how to create a business account, please see the menu above, "How to get started."


<Role creation procedure>
Before a manager can add members, they must first set the permissions they will give to the members.


STEP1
After logging in, display the business portal screen from the building icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Click "Company Information" from the left portal menu.

STEP2
Clicking on "Company Information" will expand the business portal menu.
This time, click on "Roles" from the expanded menu.

STEP3
Clicking the "Add New Role" button will display a menu called "Add New Role".

-Role types <br>There are three types of access rights that can be granted to members.
*Managers possess all three roles.

1. "Edit Business Account Order"
You can edit, add, delete, request quotes, and place orders from the shared order list.
2. Role
You can create, edit, and delete roles within a team.
3. "Members"

You can invite additional members, change members' roles, and delete members.

*Among the initial role settings there is a "Default" setting.
The default role is one that can only " Edit Business Account Orders" but cannot "Edit Members" or "Edit Roles".


STEP4
Feel free to combine the three roles as you like, then enter the "Role Name" and click "Save" to complete the role creation.

*In the above diagram, we assume that you are creating a role called "Test - Full Access Rights -" that has all three roles.

STEP5
Roles have been added to your business account!
When a new role is created, it is added to the list of roles.
You can add, edit or remove roles at any time by visiting the Roles page here.



<How to add members>

Once you have set the roles, you can then add members.
The process is that a manager invites members, and the invited members approve the invitation, creating a team, and the team members can then start using the business portal.


STEP1

Click on the "Members" menu on the left side menu of the Business Portal and press the "Add Member" button.
*If "Members" is not displayed in the side menu, first click "Company Information" in the side menu to expand the business portal menu.


STEP2
1. Enter the email address of the member you want to invite. 2. Select the "role" you want to assign to the member. 3. Click "Send invitation."
*People who are not registered members of APPM can also be invited, but to become members, they will need to register after receiving the invitation email.


STEP3
The invited members will receive an email like the one below.
The invited members will click the "Business Portal" button in the body of the email.

STEP4
If an invited member is using the Business Portal for the first time, they will first need to register their user information on the Business Portal.
Invited members should fill in the required user information in the "Company Information" section of the portal menu and press the "Confirm" button.


STEP5
After completing the user information registration, click on "Company Information" in the portal menu of the business portal to display the business account (company name) from which the request originated.
Click the green check to the far right of the relevant company name to approve it.

You've been added as a member to the business account!
From now on, members will be able to use the portal menu.


<If the invited member has not yet registered as an APPM member>
Before you can be approved for the Business Portal, you must register as a member of APPM.

STEP1
Please apply for membership by clicking on "Member Registration" at the top right of the screen.
*For detailed information on the membership registration process, please see " How to Register " in the top menu.

STEP2
Once your membership application is approved, you will receive an account activation email from APPM.
Once you set your password using the button in the email, your membership registration will be complete.


After that, follow the same steps as for registered members from STEP 4 onwards.

About the Business Portal Dashboard

Portal menu expansion
Even after becoming a business account member, the portal menu will not be fully expanded when you access the business portal screen. Click on "Company Information" in the left side menu of the business portal screen to expand all the portal menus.


Portal menus that vary by permission
The portal menu will be displayed differently depending on your role.

*The above menu displays the menu for manager (maximum) authority.
*The manager has the greatest authority within the team and has the following three roles.
(Edit Members/Edit Roles/Edit Business Account Orders)
*The display/non-display of the corresponding menu will change depending on the role you hold. (Please check the square part in the image above.)
*Managers can change roles for members at any time.


Details of each menu

・Company information Company information registered as a business account and your personal information will be displayed.
Only Managers can edit their company profile information.

・Members: Those who have the role of "Edit members" can manage members.
You can add, modify, or remove members, change roles, and check the status of invited members (pending, approved, etc.).

Reviewing Invited Members On the Review Invited Members page, you can view the history and status of members you've invited in the past.
Status is "Accepted" -> You have been invited as a member and have already been approved.
If the status is "Pending" then you have been invited to become a member but have not yet been approved.
The action is "⊘ Mark as disabled" → the member has been deleted.

・Roles
You can add, change, or delete roles given to members.
*The initial role setting "Default" only allows the user to "Edit business account orders" and does not allow the user to " Edit members" or "Edit roles."

- You can view quotes and order lists shared with you by group order list members.
The order number, creation date, orderer, payment status (paid/unpaid), and amount will be displayed in a list.
You can view the details of each order by clicking on the order number.
You can add "unpaid" orders to your cart and place your order there.
*The "draft order" created by APPM before payment cannot be viewed on this page, but will be displayed after payment has been made.

・My Order List
You can check the contents of your order.
(The display format will be a list of the same items as the group order list.)
When you click "Create from Cart Items", the items in your cart at the time of clicking will be shared to your business account.
→If you forget to share any products, you can easily share them from here.
(This is the same as clicking the "Share to business account" button on the cart page.)

・Quick order (order in bulk)

You can search by product name, SKU number, or product category, and add multiple checked items to your cart at once.
*If you wish, we can also import your order details from Excel or CSV data separately from the quick order.

・Reorders Reorders are limited to your personal My Order List.
(If all members want to check, please check the group order list.)


Past Orders List
You can easily create a reorder from your past orders list.

Favorite Orders
You can mark any order you have placed with a star as a favorite from your past orders.
You can also reorder from your favorite orders page.

· Request for quotation This is your personal quotation history.
Anyone can request a quote.



Requested Quote List
A list of items for which you have requested quotes in the past will be displayed.

Quote List
When you add a product to your quotation list using the "Add to quotation list" button on the product details page or cart page, it will be displayed on this page.

How to share orders with your team in the Business Portal

In the Business Portal, you can share order lists with team members as "group order lists."
Designers and pattern makers can share the products they want with production managers and check the details of purchased products.
*Please note that the "Group Order List" can only be used within a team under the same business account .

<How to share your order details>
STEP1
Add the items you wish to order to your shopping cart.

STEP2
Click the cart icon to display the cart page and click "Share to business account."


STEP3
When sharing, you can enter a message in the notes section.
*If you enter the sample part number or product part number in the comments section, it will be easier to understand which product the materials are for when sharing them.
(Example) "Military JK sample," "ID1052 single JK mass production," etc.



STEP4
Clicking "Share Cart" will allow members to view the shared order details from the "Group Order List".

STEP5
On the "Group Order List" page, you can view the details of your order list by clicking the eye mark in the "Actions" column on the far right.

You can also perform actions such as "delete," "mark as paid," and "add to cart" from the details page of each order list.

How to use bulk orders (quick orders)

By using the " Quick Order " option in the Business Portal menu , you can check multiple items and add them to your cart all at once.
First, we will explain each menu on the quick order page.


・Search box (free text input area)
You can search not only by product number, but also by keywords such as product name and material.
By searching by separating the part number and color number with a space, you can directly display products with the part number and color you want.

- Product category selection menu Below the search box, there is a drop-down menu where you can select a product category.
You can also narrow down your search by product category using keywords entered in the search box.

・Sorting box If you select the dropdown menu in the sorting box at the top right, you can sort in the following order.

Newest creation date
Oldest creation date

· Order checked items in bulk
Add all checked items to your cart at once and proceed to the payment screen.

Please request a quote for the added product from the " Quote List " on the Business Portal.

・Add to Cart (top right of screen)
You can add all selected items to your cart at once. You will not be able to proceed to the payment screen.

・Add to Cart (far right of each product row)
You can add the selected items to your cart one by one. You will not be able to proceed to the payment screen.



<How to use Quick Order>
As an example of a search, we will show you how to search when ordering the following product.
Product number: BAB45~??
Color: 09
Size and quantity: 6 pieces of 20mm, 16 pieces of 15mm *Even if you can identify the product if there is an image of the product, we will search under the assumption that you can only vaguely remember the last digit of the product number.

STEP1
In the search box, enter "BAB45 09" with a space between the product name and color number .
*You can search not only by product name and item number, but also by keywords such as material and item name
.

STEP2
If necessary, narrow your search by product category below the search box.
This time we will narrow down the results using "buttons".

STEP3
Find the relevant product from the search results list and check it. (It will be displayed with a product image so you can easily identify it.)
This time, check the "BAB4503-15 #09" row and
enter "16" in the quantity field.
*When you place the mouse cursor over the item, up and down buttons will appear, allowing you to adjust the quantity using the up and down buttons.
*If you check this box, the number of currently selected items will be displayed on the "Add to Cart" button in the upper right.


STEP4

Similarly, check the "BAB4503-20 #09" row and enter "6" in the quantity column.


STEP5

Once you have selected all the items, click "Order checked items together" at the top of the screen and proceed to the payment page. Your bulk order is now complete.

At APPM, you can not only purchase products as they are, but also request secondary processing of products online, such as adhesion tests to select interlinings, dyeing parts in your favorite colors, and custom logo printing. Please make sure to request this together with the product.

Types of secondary processing

There are three ways to order secondary processing of products.
The ordering method varies depending on the processing content, so please check the details in the items below before placing your order.

Please add the item number for the processing request separately to your cart as a product in addition to the clothing materials.
Depending on the quantity requested, the option type for the requested part number and the quantity added to your cart will vary.

● About dyeing parts (processing to add to cart)

When purchasing the product, you can dye the buttons, buckles, tapes, laces, and other parts to your preferred color. You will need to provide us with a dye sample.

1. Request process

Add dye products to your cart.

Step 2
Next, add the corresponding processing request part number to your cart as a product.
*Please write the details of the dye color and quantity, as well as any important notes, in the comments section of the purchase page, or you can contact us by attaching a file via the inquiry page or the channel talk at the bottom right of the screen.

Step 3
Please send us a color sample swatch (5cm x 5cm or larger).

Step 4
Once processing is complete, we will ship you the dyed product together with a color sample swatch.

2. Important Notices

・About product selection for dyeing

At APPM, we allow customers to add products and processing request part numbers separately to their carts, so that they can freely combine processing requests according to their wishes.

Please read the notes on the product page before adding the product to your cart.

If you have any questions, please contact us via the Inquiry page or the Channel Talk at the bottom right of the screen. A dedicated staff member will assist you.

・About dyeing colors when adding products to your cart

    When it comes to dyeing products, please add white items to your cart if possible.

    If you dye using dark colored clothing materials, the color may not come out as expected.

    Also, if the notes on the product page specify a dye color, please add the specified color to your cart.

    For textile products such as lace and tape, white and off-white colors may be available, which are made using fluorescent bleach. In that case, please choose from off-white or off-white colors that do not use fluorescent bleach.

    Even if you request a color for clothing materials that is difficult to dye, our dedicated staff will contact you and change the color to one that is easier to dye, so please rest assured.

      ・About the order quantity of dyed products

        When dyeing, please order in quantities that include losses due to dyeing. We will dye a little more than the ordered quantity, but if the color needs to be changed many times or if you wish to check the color yourself, there may be more dye losses than usual.

        It is expected that textile products such as tapes, ribbons, and lace will shrink slightly due to dyeing. Normally, we ask that you order about 10% more than you need to make an order, excluding losses during cutting. Please note that even if the finished quantity is less than the ordered quantity, you will be charged for the actual quantity processed.

        (For example, if you request dyeing of 100m of tape, you will be charged for 100m even if the finished quantity is 98m.)

          ・About dye samples

            If the dye sample is fabric, please make sure to mark the dye sample side. If the color sample contains multiple colors, please mark the specific areas with stickers or other marks, or if there is no specific designation for the fabric such as a heathered fabric, please add an instruction such as "at first glance color."

            If after you send it to us there is no stamp and we are unable to make a judgment, we may ask you to send it again.

            If the dye sample is a fabric swatch, please send it with a size of 5cm x 5cm or more.

            Please send dye samples with prepaid shipping.

            Instead of sending us a dye sample, we can also accept dyeing instructions by specifying a color number in the YKK color sample book. (Example: YKK Color 560 dye, etc.)

            Confirming the dye color

            Unless there is a specific request from the customer, we will generally check the color after dyeing before shipping.

            If you would like to check the color yourself, please indicate so when placing your order.

            However, if you send a dye sample to check the color, a shipping fee will be charged each time you send it.

            In order to send dyed samples to customers, please order more than the required quantity to cover loss.

            Please send color sample swatches in a size that allows both you and us to have a copy for confirmation.

            In order to match the environment when checking the color, we may ask you about the type of light source you will be checking the color under (whether it is near a window, and whether it is a white fluorescent light (manufacturer's name) or an LED bulb (manufacturer's name)).

            ・About dyeing and color correction

              After dyeing, depending on the product, it may undergo a color-fixing process before being shipped.

              Depending on the material of the product, such as lactose, it may not be possible to change the color after the color has been fixed. If you would like to check the color or change the color yourself, please write that in the comments section when placing your order.

              ・Points to note when using color schemes

                If you plan to use the product in a color combination (dark x light), we will use a different color fastening treatment than usual. Please be sure to specify "color combination use" in the comments section when ordering.                 ・Additional dyeing

                If you request additional dyeing, even if the product and color are the same as the previous order, you will be charged an additional product fee and dyeing fee according to the quantity requested. Please note that it is very difficult to match a color that has already been dyed, and there is a possibility that the color will not turn out as you wish. We recommend that you order a quantity with some leeway to avoid shortages.

                ・About delivery time

                  Although it depends on product inventory and the situation at the processing plant, normally the following delivery times (approximate) are required for processing in addition to the delivery time for the product.

                  Tapes, ribbons, lace and other textile products require a process of smoothing out wrinkles after the color is fixed, so they take longer to deliver than buttons and parts. The more textile products you order, the longer the delivery time may be, from 2 to 4 weeks. If you know your schedule, please contact us in advance and place your order with plenty of time for delivery.

                            ・Points to note when dyeing buttons and other parts

                                  Some products are made of materials that cannot be dyed. (Urea resin (urea resin), genuine buffalo horn, metal, etc.) *There are exceptions, such as products that have been coated or painted for dyeing.

                                  For products made from lacto material, the colour cannot be corrected after the colour has been fixed.

                                  If you have no particular requests, we will check the color and fix the color before shipping. If you would like to check the color or change the color yourself, please write so in the comments section when placing your order.

                                  If the production lots of the products are separated, the colors may differ even if they are dyed in the same dyeing lot (same dyeing pot). In that case, we will explain the situation to the customer and dye and ship the products so that the colors of the product lots match as much as possible.

                                        Due to the manufacturing process, there may be slight differences in the dyed color of male and female snaps.                                         Please handle shell buttons with care as impact can cause the dye coating to peel off or the shell buttons to crack.

                                          ・About the coating for dyeing shell buttons

                                              Shell buttons need to be coated with a dyeing coating and cannot be dyed as is.
                                              It is possible to apply a coating to shell buttons that have not been coated for dyeing, but the coating process alone will take approximately four weeks to deliver and will incur additional costs, so we recommend dyeing shell buttons that have already been coated for dyeing.

                                                    Fabric products may shrink during the dyeing process. Please allow for a 10% loss in addition to the normal losses from dyeing and cutting.

                                                      4. How to write a dyeing request form

                                                      On the dyeing request item number page, there is a button to "Download the dyeing request form." Please download the file and fill in the necessary information.

                                                        5. Where to send color swatches

                                                        Points to note when sending

                                                        • Please download the "Dyeing Request Form" on the Processing Request Item Number page and clearly indicate which color corresponds to which color sample swatch.
                                                        • If the swatch is fabric, please make sure to mark the dye sample side. If the color swatch contains multiple colors, please mark and specify the specific area, or if the fabric is a heathered fabric and there is no specific specification, please add an additional instruction such as "at first glance color".
                                                          If after you send it to us there is no stamp and we are unable to make a judgment, we may ask you to send it again.
                                                        • Please send color samples with prepayment.

                                                        We can cut the strings around the hood, the drawstrings on the bottoms, etc. to your desired size and attach tips to the ends of the strings as desired. Usually, tips are attached to both ends of each string.

                                                        2. Important Notices

                                                        ・About the size when cutting the string

                                                        It is possible to cut the product into multiple specified sizes according to the size range of the product.
                                                        (Example: 147cm x 100 pieces, 157cm x 50 pieces, etc.)
                                                        However, please note that the string will stretch and shrink depending on the tension applied when cutting, so there will inevitably be variation in the individual cut sizes. For this reason, we do not recommend cutting to precise sizes such as 1cm or 0.5cm increments.

                                                        ・About the number of strings to be cut and the remaining number

                                                        Please order with sufficient quantity of string to take into consideration loss during cutting.
                                                        After cutting the required number of pieces, any remaining products will be shipped to the same address as the cut products.

                                                        ・If you want to add chipping to dyed string

                                                        If you would like to add tipping to dyed string, please follow the dyeing procedure for the parts and request dyeing at the same time. When ordering string, please order a little more than you need, taking into consideration the shrinkage of the string during dyeing and dye loss.

                                                        2. How to instruct the inclusion of the logo

                                                        Please provide us with your logo data and specify the color of the logo, the product on which you want the logo to appear, and where you want the logo to appear.

                                                        Where to put your logo

                                                        Unless you have any particularly detailed instructions, there is no problem with providing text-based instructions, but if you can include an image or simple hand-drawn illustration, we can understand your requests more accurately.

                                                        At APPM, we offer two types of logo printing services.

                                                        Laser engraving

                                                        This type of engraving uses laser light, making it possible to reproduce delicate and intricate designs.
                                                        The product's surface is melted during processing, so some products may experience color changes due to heat.
                                                        Please contact us for more details.
                                                        In the case of metal buttons, the process involves irradiating them with laser light to peel off the plated surface.

                                                        Metal button engraving

                                                        It is possible to create a mold and engrave the product during the manufacturing process or after it is completed.
                                                        The processing process and delivery time vary depending on the type of metal button.
                                                        This is a different process from laser engraving on metal buttons. Please contact us for more information.

                                                        4. Important Notices

                                                        ・About size

                                                        It depends on the content of the logo, but if the logo is placed on a product that is too small or in a very small place, the letters may be crushed or the logo may not fit properly. Also, please note that if the number of characters is too long, it may not be possible to express it all. If you have any concerns, please contact us in advance.

                                                        - About data correction

                                                        After receiving your instructions, we will provide you with an image of the final product, so please make any necessary corrections at that point. Once you have given your consent to the processing, we will not be able to accept requests for corrections.

                                                        ・About processing quantity

                                                        Due to processing losses and production lots, the actual amount will be more than the quantity requested.
                                                        Please note that we will require you to collect all processed items and we are unable to store them at our company.

                                                        ・Intellectual property rights

                                                        We do not check the logo data entrusted to us by our customers for any problems with copyright, design rights, trademark rights, etc. Even if it is pointed out that there is an infringement of intellectual property rights regarding products processed by our company, we will not be held responsible in any way.

                                                        5. How to add the processing request part number to the cart

                                                        Add one option name for each [quantity] of the processed product that corresponds to the quantity in the requested lot to your cart. In addition, add one data fee or mold fee to your cart for each [product number, size, and engraving content] of the requested lot.

                                                        We will wrap buttons, snaps, buckles, etc., made with a special item number, in the fabric of your choice. You will need to provide the fabric.

                                                        Step 1
                                                        Select buttons, snaps, buckles, etc. that are made specifically for walnut processing and add them to your cart.
                                                        *Please enter the details of the processing in the notes section of the purchase page.
                                                        *For products with eyelets, please also specify the eyelet color.
                                                        *For snaps, please add a small additional fee to your cart depending on your request.

                                                        Please send us the dough for the walnuts.

                                                        Once processing is complete, the processed product will be shipped to your specified address along with the leftover fabric.

                                                        2. Important Notices

                                                        ・About the required length of the walnut dough

                                                        Although it depends on the thickness and pattern of the fabric, you will need approximately three times the size of the finished button.

                                                        For example, if the finished size is 10mm, then 30mm x 30mm square fabric is required per piece.
                                                        If you want to layer your blouse twice as much, you will need twice the amount of fabric.
                                                        Please note that if you want to order a specific pattern, you will need the length of fabric to cover the pattern.

                                                        ・About processing method and processing fee

                                                        Depending on the fabric (extremely thin or thick, etc.), wrapping may not be possible, and depending on the processing method (pattern removal, double layering, etc.), additional processing fees may be incurred. Please note that we will make a decision after seeing the actual fabric.

                                                        ・About leftover fabric

                                                        Any leftover fabric will be shipped to the same address as the product. We cannot store it.

                                                        3. How to add the processing request item number to the cart

                                                        For walnut snaps only, you will need to add the processing request part number to your cart separately from the product.


                                                        1. If the quantity of the same product number, size, and fabric is 299 or less, please add one option name with "small amount" written at the end to your cart for each [product number, size, and color].

                                                        Some buckles come with a pin attached, while others require you to purchase the pin and buckle separately (to accommodate customers who prefer not to have the pin).
                                                        If you purchase them separately, the pin and buckle will normally be shipped separately, but if you would like to have a pin attached, please use this processing option.

                                                        Adhesion test for interlining

                                                        Although not strictly speaking a secondary process, we can also provide adhesion tests to select interlinings.

                                                        The test fee will vary depending on the number of test items and the test items. We will inform you of the cost as soon as it is confirmed.

                                                        Delivery time

                                                            Please note that we cannot handle interlining tests for items other than those ordered by our company.

                                                            We can provide information on equivalent products of other companies' part numbers, so please contact us via the inquiry page or channel talk. We will make proposals based on your requests, such as the items to be used, the location of use, and the functions you are looking for.

                                                            About leftover fabric

                                                            If you would like the remaining fabric returned together with the test results, please indicate this in the comments section when placing your order.

                                                                Be sure to check the front and back of the fabric before applying.

                                                                Each interlining item requires 15cm x 15cm of fabric. Normally, we select about 4 interlining items, so the required length of fabric is about 20cm x 70cm per material.
