Shipping policy
- Shipping Fees
A flat rate of 1,000 yen nationwide (excluding Okinawa and remote islands).
For orders with a total amount exceeding 30,000 yen (excluding tax), shipping will be free, except for some exceptional items.
Additional shipping fees may apply for Okinawa and remote islands.
Additional shipping fees may also apply for some ordered items.
Multiple orders placed separately or reorders on the same day will be treated as separate orders and will incur individual shipping charges even if the shipping address is the same. Furthermore, even if there is a request for consolidation, it may not be possible to fulfill the request depending on the size of the packages or the timing of arrangements.
- Date Specification
Date specification is accepted, but time slot specification is not accepted.
- Delivery Time
Orders will arrive within 2-3 days after shipping is completed (3-4 days for remote islands). If delivery is delayed due to out-of-stock items, dyeing, or other secondary processing, you will be notified by email in advance. Please note that this does not apply to regions experiencing natural disasters or major events, or during periods of high shipping volume (such as New Year's Holidays, Obon Holidays, Golden Week, Black Friday, etc.).
- Delivery Method
The delivery method will be as specified by the Company, and customers cannot specify the delivery method.
We take great care in preparing shipments to prevent scratches or dents on the outer boxes during packaging, but there is a possibility of damage occurring during transport after handing it over to the delivery company. Please understand that minor scratches or dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the product may occur.
