[New Service] How to order ribbon/tape sample cuts

Hello , this is APPM (Apparel Parts Market ) .  

Up until now , we have received feedback from many customers saying, "I only want a small amount," or "I want to see the actual product before purchasing." In response to customer requests , we have begun selling sample cuts of ribbons, tapes, cords, and more !  

To make it easy for everyone to order , we will explain in an easy-to-understand manner how to order by looking at the actual product page .

1. Almost all products are supported! Sample cut compatible part numbers  

Currently, almost all products that are available from manufacturers that order from us are also listed as cut-to-size products by APPM .  

* We do not support products that are not cut by the original manufacturer . 
*We plan to gradually expand the range of compatible products.  

2. How to order (step by step with pictures )  

While looking at the actual product page, we will explain the specific ordering process in 4 steps.
This time, we used SIC100 rayon Petasham ribbon. Let's take the product as an example .  

Step 1: Access the product page  

・The product marked "Sample" on the product list page is the corresponding part number . 
・You can also search for "specified product number (space) sample" in the search box .  

Step 2: Select your order type  

- Click the order type you want from "Order Type" on the product page.
　This time, click the " Cut " button .

　* The order type button designation will vary depending on the product shape and lot .
　* Sample cutting is only available for products that are supported by the original manufacturer for cutting .  

 Next , select the size and color you want.  

Step 3: Enter the required quantity  

The lot quantity and order limit for each order type will be displayed to the right of the quantity box .
Please check and enter the quantity .  

① When "Reverse" is selected 

　　*In the case of SIC100  

・The message "Lot: 1 roll (30m roll) Minimum: 30m" will be displayed to the right of the quantity box .  

・Clicking the "- (minus)" or "+ (plus)" on either side of the box will increase or decrease the quantity by a multiple of the lot . ( You can also enter the quantity in the box directly .)  

・If the order quantity is not a multiple of the lot size, an error message will be displayed when adding the item to your cart .
In addition, the "- (minus)" button cannot be pressed for quantities below the minimum limit , so you can rest assured that you can prevent incorrect ordering .  

② When "Cut" is selected

*In the case of SIC100  

・The message " Maximum: 10M " will be displayed to the right of the quantity box .  

 - Click the "- (minus) + (plus)" buttons on either side of the box, or enter the quantity directly .

 ・You will not be able to press the "+ ( plus ) " button if the quantity exceeds the upper limit . If you enter the quantity manually, an error message will be displayed before the purchase process , so you can be assured that you will not make a mistaken order.  

Step 4: Add to Cart  

After checking the details , click " Add to Cart " 
*After that, please proceed to the payment procedure .

3. Points to note when ordering  

・About compatible products  

Please note that we cannot accept orders for products or quantities that are not supported by the original manufacturer.  

・Price

The unit price is higher than regular roll sales.  

・Order limits

The majority of sample cut products have a maximum quantity limit , but in some cases where there is no quantity limit, selling by the roll may be cheaper . 
Please check the total amount before placing your order.  

・About bundling

Rolled products and sample cut products can be ordered at the same time. 
Shipping costs will be the same. 
Please note that due to differences in processing lots, the color and texture may vary slightly even for the same size and color .  

 
4. Frequently Asked Questions  

Q: What is the minimum order quantity ? 
A: Scroll products can be ordered in 1M units. 
　  The quantity of individual items varies depending on the lot.  

Q: Can I order rolled products at the same time ? 
A: Yes, you can. Please order in the same cart as regular products.  

Q: What if I order multiple colors ? 
A: Please add each color to your cart.  

Q: Can I return or exchange the product ? 
A: Sample cut products are cut to order , so 
　As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
