  1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the delivered product is defective or different from the item ordered, and if the contract is made within 7 days of the product's arrival.

  1. Items Not Eligible for Returns and Exchanges

Notwithstanding the previous clause, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  • Opened or used items 
  • Items that have passed more than 8 days since arrival 
  • Items that have become scratched or dirty at the customer's location 
  • Items that do not have their package (bag, case) 
  • Items where the color slightly differs from the color confirmed in the sample book (due to dye lot variations) 
  • Items made from natural materials (e.g., buffalo horn, nut, shell) with color or pattern variations 
  • Custom-ordered items such as customized products or products with logos made specifically for the customer 
  • Other items indicated as non-returnable on the product introduction page (for details, please contact the inquiry window) 

 

  1. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

If the product has a clear defect or is different from the ordered item, the Company will bear the shipping costs for returns, etc. 
In principle, returns or exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted, but if accepted due to unusual circumstances, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
