3. Easy! How to use Repeat Order (with images )
Although we have explained it in detail in five steps, it is very simple to use.
Step 1: Log in to My Page
Log in using the icon at the top right of the site screen
Step 2: Select an order from your order history
Go to your My Page to view your order history .
From the search window of your order history, you can search by "product name, product number, size, color number, product number, remarks, status, etc."
You can freely narrow down your search for orders using any keyword.
Once you find the order, click the "Reorder" button.
Step 3: (Only if there are items remaining in the cart) Choose whether to keep the items
If there are any items remaining in your cart , a confirmation message will appear asking whether you want to keep or delete the items currently in your cart . Please select the appropriate option .
・"Maintain"
If you would like to order the remaining items in your cart together with the reordered items, the reordered items will be added to the items already in your cart .
・"Delete"
If you want to order a reorder item separately from the items in your cart, the items already in your cart will be removed and only the reordered items will be added to your cart .
Step 4 : Modify your order
The " Cart Contents " will be displayed . You can freely edit your order details as needed .
(If no editing is required, proceed to Step 5.)
・When changing the quantity
You can change the quantity by entering the quantity directly into the quantity box for each line of the product list in the " Cart Contents" section , or by clicking the "+ ( plus )" or "- ( minus )" signs on either side of the box .
・When adding a product
Click the "Continue Shopping" link in the top right corner of the "Cart Contents" page , or go to another product page and add the item to your cart as you normally would .
・When deleting a product
Clicking the trash can icon on the left side of each item in the " Cart Contents" list will delete the item in that row .
・When reselecting size or color
Click on the link of the product in your cart to go to the product page .
After selecting new options such as size and color and adding the item to your cart , click the " trash can" icon to delete the original item in your cart .

When placing an order , if you enter keywords such as sample product number or fabric name in the "Product Number" and "Comments" notes fields , not only will they be printed on the invoice when shipped, but they will also be easier to find the next time you search your order history .

If you order separately, such as "one skirt sample" or "one jacket sample," it will be easier to transition to mass production , as well as to respond to sudden short-term orders for re-samples or increased production , and it will also be easier to calculate the cost of accessories for each product .

Q : Will discontinued or out-of-stock items be copied?
A : Discontinued or out-of-stock items cannot be shipped and will not be copied . If there are other product details in the same order , only the other items will be copied.
Q : What happens if I click the " Reorder" button multiple times ?
A : The same items will be added to your cart for each time you click the "Reorder" button in your order history (3 clicks equals 3 times). However, this only applies if you select "Keep" when the confirmation message appears about the items remaining in your cart .
Q : Will the "product number" and "contact information" from my previous order be copied ?
A : To prevent any misunderstandings or mistakes , the "product number" and "contact information" will not be copied. Please enter the text that matches your most recent order each time .
Q : Do coupons and discounts apply to repeat orders ?
A: Yes , as long as the coupon period and conditions are met, coupons and discounts will be applied regardless of whether it is a repeat order or a new order, so please feel free to use them .
