BAD15041 Ultra-thin Walnut Snap

A long-selling product born from customer feedback that hits the spot

Snap buttons are convenient for fastening clothes, but this product is an "ultra-thin" sewn-on type, even among fabric-wrapped snaps. It is an original product that is unlike any other.

We listen to what our customers have to say and reflect it in our product development, so our snap buttons are exactly what our customers have been wanting, and they hit the spot. Thanks to you, they have been well received and are a long-selling product.

 

"Ultra-thin" Approximately 60% thinner than conventional products

The thickness is approximately 60% thinner than previous models (compared to our previous models).

Traditionally, Walnut Snaps have been wrapped in fabric to eliminate snags and improve the feel, but this has also made them thicker. However, by reducing the thickness, we have achieved a sleek, slim shape. Furthermore, by making the back flat, it is less likely for the fabric to show through.

Also, with outerwear that has a snap placket that can be fastened and detached, if the snaps themselves are thick there will be gaps and it will be cold in winter, but with this slim type with "ultra-thin snaps" there are fewer gaps in the placket, so you can keep out the wind and cold air.
Even though the shape is slimmer, it still stays firmly in place and remains easy to put on and take off.

Clean design

Not only is the underside of the female side flat, but the male side's handle is also smaller than previous models, making it more stylish. It pairs well with normcore and simple designs, enhancing them even more. It's designed to minimize fabric wear, making it ideal for those who want to attach snaps to high-gauge cardigans. It's a very thin, sewn-on snap that's completely covered in fabric.

You can use it however you like, and even do secondary processing as you like.

The product comes in two colors, white and black, but the white can be dyed to match the fabric, so you can dye it to your desired color, or you can provide the fabric and have it covered with the same fabric. By combining it with secondary processing, the range of uses will be greatly expanded. We can handle orders from just one set, so please feel free to use them together.

Products made with "BAD15041 Ultra-Thin Walnut Snap"

This time, we're attaching snaps that have been dyed white to match the fabric to the front of a heathered summer tweed coat. The snaps are wrapped in fabric, so the fabric and the accessories blend in well.

Because it is "ultra-thin", there are no gaps in the front, resulting in a clean finish.

 

BAD15041 is designed to prevent fabric creases, so it can be worn with thin summer coats to create a beautiful silhouette.
