Fastener delivery time and processing method
Delivery time
When placing an order, please be sure to specify your desired delivery date in the order notes.
About ordering from manufacturers
This is an ordering method for customers who prioritize price.
The price is reasonable, but delivery will take at least two weeks, and depending on the quantity and usage, it may take more than a month.
After you place your order, we will inform you of the unit price, the manufacturer's production start time, and the delivery date, so please reply to let us know whether you would like to proceed or not.
If the production start time passes without any contact from you, your order will be re-placed and the delivery date may be delayed from the original date.
Please note that once you have been notified of the progress, changes or cancellations cannot be made once production has started.
About sample processing
This is an ordering method for customers who prioritize delivery time.
Since we process long items and zippers of different categories, the delivery time is short and the price is set higher.
Please note that even if the zipper is a coil or Vislon zipper, the top stop may be made of metal, and so there may be slight differences from the manufacturer's specifications.
*Although there are only a few variations available, we may be able to process samples if the manufacturer's production deadline is not met.
*If the tape color you want is not available during processing, we will suggest an alternative color, so to make the process smoother, please state up to three choices in advance.
Points to note when selecting sliders
Lock function
There are three main types: automatic lock, semi-automatic lock, and non-locking, so please choose the one that best suits the sewing area.
① Automatic lock...
When you release the handle, it locks, and when you pull it, it unlocks, so the handle won't fall down on its own. For use on the front placket or vertical parts.
②Semi-automatic lock...
This type of fastener releases the lock when the pull tab is raised, and locks when the pull tab is lowered. For use on the front openings of pants, etc.
③Non-locking...
This type of zipper can be opened and closed without pulling the pull tab. For use at the opening of a bag or in a side pocket.
*Please note that if the second letter of the slider code is "F", it is a non-locking type.
The colour of the slider
For metal fasteners
If no preference is given, we will provide it with the same plating color as the element (teeth).
For Coil Vislon fasteners, unless otherwise specified, DA, DALH, and DADHR will be painted the same color as the element (teeth).
Coil Vislon fastener CA is only available in plated form.
Please specify your desired plating color (C5: Silver, V3: Black Silver, O: Gold, I: Antique Gold) in the remarks column.
