The processing part number and quantity when added to the cart will differ depending on the requested quantity.
For buttons and parts
1. When the quantity per color of the same part number and size is 100 or less → Add one of the option names with " small amount fee " at the end to your cart for each [part number, size, and color].
2. If the quantity per color of the same part number and size is 101 or more → Add one of the option names with " mass production " at the end to your cart for each [quantity] to be dyed.

In the case of two part numbers (different materials), the same size, and the same color, but less than the requested lot, Button A (lacto material) 20mm orange dyed 20 pieces

+ Add 1 "Button/Parts (Polyester/Lacto/Nylon) Dyeing Edge Fee" (for one color of Button A) and 1 "Button/Parts (Nut) Dyeing Edge Fee" (for one color of Button B) to your cart.
*If the dye color is the same but the size or product number (or both) are different, please add the dye fee for each to your cart.
・Points to note when dyeing buttons and other parts
Some products are made of materials that cannot be dyed. (Urea resin (urea resin), genuine buffalo horn, metal, etc.) *There are exceptions, such as products that have been coated or painted for dyeing.

For products made from lacto material, the colour cannot be corrected after the colour has been fixed.
If you have no particular requests, we will check the color and fix the color before shipping. If you would like to check the color or change the color yourself, please write so in the comments section when placing your order.
If the production lots of the products are separated, the colors may differ even if they are dyed in the same dyeing lot (same dyeing pot). In that case, we will explain the situation to the customer and dye and ship the products so that the colors of the product lots match as much as possible.
Shell buttons and snaps
The requested lots for shell buttons and walnut snaps vary depending on the size.
Please refer to the table below and select the appropriate option name if your requested lot is larger or smaller than the requested lot.
Please note that only shell buttons that have been coated with a dyeing agent can be dyed.
Shell buttons that have not been coated for dyeing cannot be dyed.
If your size is not listed, please choose the next larger size.
Example: If the walnut snap is 20mm, the dyeing fee for 21mm will apply.

・Points to note when dyeing shell buttons and walnut snaps
Due to the manufacturing process, there may be slight differences in the dyed color of male and female snaps. Please note that depending on the production lot of the fabric that wraps the snap, the colors may differ after dyeing. If the colors differ, we will contact you and discuss how to deal with the situation.
Please handle shell buttons with care as impact can cause the dye coating to peel off or the shell buttons to crack.
・About the coating for dyeing shell buttons
Shell buttons need to be coated with a dyeing coating and cannot be dyed as is.
It is possible to apply a coating to shell buttons that have not been coated for dyeing, but the coating process alone will take approximately four weeks to deliver and will incur additional costs, so we recommend dyeing shell buttons that have already been coated for dyeing.

・Points to note when dyeing tapes, ribbons, and lace
Fabric products may shrink during the dyeing process. Please allow for a 10% loss in addition to the normal losses from dyeing and cutting.
If multiple materials are mixed, please select the processing request item number based on the material with the largest proportion and add it to your cart.
If there are any changes to the requested part number you selected, our staff will contact you shortly.
Please note that if the requested quantity is large, we may not be able to dye the same lot.
If the dyeing lots are separated, we will dye them so that the colors match as much as possible between the lots.
If multiple materials are mixed in one product, the dyed color may vary for each material.
The basic dyeing fee is as stated, but depending on the material and shape of the product, additional processing fees may be charged. We will contact you as soon as we know that there will be additional charges.
